Delivery Information

Our online delivery service is available 7 days a week, between 12.30pm - 9.30pm. We will do our best to deliver all orders within the hour they are made, or chosen time slot* where available.

Delivery times can take upto 90 minutes when selecting ASAP, we also offer specific time slots for those wishing to order in advance.

The minimum order value accepted is £12.00 (Free delivery for orders above £30), and we currently deliver to the postcodes listed below:

Regarding Collection Orders: If you are outside of these postcodes, don't be disheartened! We offer an in-branch collection service to make sure all our customers, near or far, can still enjoy our products.

In order to set up a Collection Order, you will need to first enter the address of one of our branches as the 'delivery address' - either our Haymarket, Monument, Jesmond (Newcastle)** Please state "COLLECTION IN PERSON" in the 'Additional Information' message box during your online ordering, and our friendly floor staff will contact you (via the telephone number you'll have provided on the order) as soon as your order arrives in the store of your choice.

Our online service does not currently support cash-in-hand transactions - this is so we can save time during the delivery process and get to all of our customers as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused!

Additional Notes:

  • When ordering more than two Party Box sets, or placing a particularly large or otherwise substantial order, we advise our customers to order at least a day in advance to help us schedule preparation of your order. This way we can ensure that your order gets to you as soon as possible, arriving freshly made and right on time.
  • If for any reason your Order Confirmation does not load (i.e. customers are left on a loading screen after your transaction has been made), we would advise customers to check their email inbox for a Payment Confirmation email. If our server has sent you a Payment Confirmation email, it means your order has been received, and it will be with you as soon as possible.
  • On average, deliveries take approximately one hour from the time of ordering to arrive with our customers.
  • Your Payment Confirmation email will contain both a Transaction ID and a four digit Order Number. Should you have any questions regarding your order, simply email our Customer Service team at customers@nudosushibox.com, quote your Order Number, and we'll answer any questions you might have.

*Please note that delivery can be affected due to unforeseen bad weather and/or traffic conditions. This may make your delivery take longer than expected. In severe circumstances, we will usually call you to confirm this has been the case.
